We have a robust and thorough set of policies covering everything from child protection and safeguarding to care in the sun, intimate care and photography to name a few.  When you register your child with us we invite you to make yourself familiar with these policies and sign permission forms for them.  We will follow your wishes to the letter so anything you do not give permission for will be respected.  Our premises and policies are inspected on a yearly basis by the early years team at our registering body "The South Eastern Trust" and the reports are published on their website.  We consistently get excellent feedback from the inspectors on the quality of our premises, management, staff and how content the children are in our care.

Your involvement is of great importance to our success. The development of communication technology such as the Famly App which we use is vital in maintaining excellent lines of communication between parents and nursery staff.  We invite all new parents to download the app when you register and you will receive important nursery news as well as occasional updates and even some photos/ videos of your child enjoying their day with us.  You can use the app to update us on sick days or ask any questions at all.  We also have Social media pages on Facebook and Instagram where we share news of our daily activities and run competitions.  We are always delighted when a happy parent recommends us to a friend or leaves us a review on social media.

We take health and safety very seriously. This includes everything from the quality of food that we serve to the health of every child and every member of staff. All of our staff are first aid and fire safety trained.  We have a strict Covid 19 Risk assessment which involves high levels of cleanliness, regular hand washing for children and staff as well as temperature checks to our facility is maintained to the highest standards to stop the spread of the virus.
